Here at EyePort, we believe that there's a lot left to expand in ASEAN's retail sector. That's why we invest a lot of brainpower into our technology, all towards building that perfect bridge between consumers and retailers. We're excited to be part of a movement that will redefine retail, forever. And we want you to come along on this journey.
EyePort Group of Companies was started by four Malaysian entrepreneurs, all who have had distinct backgrounds in various professional sectors. Over time, these friends realised that things needed to change when it came to the way retail worked in the ASEAN world. They knew that there was a prominent gap between the traditional brick-and-mortar stores and online shopping. And that's why they introduced the automated retail kiosk into the market, a machine that held the best of both worlds - the convenience of online shopping and the instant gratification of traditional shopping.
I'm in charge of the overall business strategy here at EyePort. As some background, I've got 15 years of experience in banking, manufacturing and technology and faced extensive exposure to international markets in the areas of business process re-engineering, risk management, financial management and corporate sales.
In the 11 years of working with Standard Chartered Bank in KL and Singapore, I’ve led the bank’s business process of re-engineering, reformation, and risk operations. I’ve also had roles where I oversaw business strategy initiation and implementation, commodity traders and agri business sales, financial institution sales, and cash management operations.

I oversee the technical, technological and design aspects of EyePort. I've had more than 13 years of industrial experience both as an engineer and an entrepreneur, founding and managing several companies in various fields.
I worked as an engineer in Mouchel Parkman PLC back when I was in the UK. After that, I oversaw a project with KTM Komuter to upgrade all of their existing Komuter stations. Later, I embraced the role of senior project engineer at Petronas, after a short stint as their construction manager. One of my biggest achievements is working as the project manager for YES's first nationwide 4G service roll-out. In my time, I was also the founder of multiple businesses, notably Ceria Laundry, a self-service laundry service way ahead of its time. The other businesses were Composite Pipe System Sdn Bhd and Master Coffee F&B. I had the honour to lead an in-campus student entrepreneurship called Café Nescafé.

My proudest achievement was working with Etika Hijau Sdn Bhd as their associate director, helping secure projects worth RM200 million in Kuala Lumpur and RM300 million in Johor.
